Responsible for developing and executing inventory management and shrink reduction strategies for Amazon Fresh Grocery to maximize customer experience, sales, margin, and inventory turns. 2. Drive improvement in inventory availability at Hubs, Distribution Centers, and Stores increasing inventory efficiency and ensuring that the company makes efficient supply chain decisions, including improvement to inventory management processes over time. 3. Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Tech, and Private Label teams to define strategy, market, coordinate, develop, execute, and enhance various sets of new and existing products. 4. Identify trends in data, develop and execute inventory strategies to optimize turns, vendor forecasts, vendor lead times and inventory heath, while maintaining excellent instock rates. 5. Gather and analyze business and customer requirements, technical inputs and market data using SQL and Nielsen market data in order to extrapolate important results and improve functional specifications for rollout of new products and development of enhanced features and capabilities. 6. Lead projects from initial development to implement that will streamline supply systems and processes and drive operational improvements. 7.
