Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world — designed with the capacity, flexibility, and performance to serve individual households, schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Software and hardware changes introduce complexity, requiring coordinated cut-in planning, effectivity control, and production impact assessment across the full vehicle build flow — from Contract Manufacturer through our Factory up to Launch Operations. Key job responsibilities This TPM will be a core member of Kuiper Production's New Product Change Operations, owning the Engineering Change Implementation process end-to-end. This complex value stream governs how engineering changes — spanning both software and hardware — are reviewed, and implemented across Kuiper's satellite manufacturing and test operations.
