Managers of Seller Success Managers are responsible for driving business growth and delivering a positive experience with our program. The key responsibilities are to:
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Seller Success Managers to build a high-performing organization capable of delivering exceptional dealer support and driving sustainable growth.
- Contribute to goal setting for your team to align with organizational goals and contribute to business strategy development. Identify the correct input metrics that drive growth and improve the end customer experience.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with dealers in your team's portfolio along with internal stakeholders. Be a trusted advisor and business advocate while monitoring dealer satisfaction and account health.
- Partner with your team and dealer leadership to drive sustainable business growth on Amazon through data-driven insights and marketplace expertise. Oversee the creation and presentation of compelling solutions that meet and exceed customer goals.
- Manage escalations and provide strategic guidance to help dealers effectively manage their accounts.
- Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that benefit a large set of customers, e.g. driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying SOPs, partnering with external teams to align programs.
- Active participation in hiring and developing the best talent for the team.

As a Manager of Seller Success Managers, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams across Seller Experience, Seller Operations, Product Management, Program Management, and externally with GM-level dealer personnel and VP-level dealer group contacts. Your primary responsibilities include managing and developing your team of Seller Success Managers, overseeing dealer growth on Amazon, partnering with dealer leadership to drive sustainable business growth through data-driven insights and marketplace expertise, advocating on behalf of dealers while developing strategies to grow their business on Amazon, and managing escalations to ensure exceptional dealer satisfaction and account health across your portfolio.

We're collaborating with other experienced teams at Amazon to define the future of how customers research and shop for products in the complex automotive space. This role is part of the Amazon Ads org and is focused on vehicle sales.
- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience, or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of managing and developing teams experience
- Experience building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products
- Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of professional experience- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience, or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of managing and developing teams experience
- Experience building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products
- Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems
