Amazon is looking for a Language Engineering Manager to join our Artificial General Intelligence - Data Services organization. We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical skills and extensive language technology experience, especially in the area of data production for AI and Large Language Models. As a Language Engineer Manager, you will manage a cross-functional team of Language Engineers who support and lead efforts in complex, novel, and/or large-scale data creation or processing for the use in Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. You will take part in setting up team goals and will be responsible for your team delivering these goals. You will collaborate with other science and tech teams to introduce new tools or approaches, always on the lookout to improve our processes and velocity.
