Amazon is looking for a seasoned and strategic Principal – Real Estate to lead property acquisition and network expansion across Amazon's India operations. This role carries regional accountability spanning multiple cities, with a mandate expected to grow in line with business expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling Amazon's warehouse and fulfillment network — a critical infrastructure pillar of the business. The Principal will own the end-to-end Real Estate program for the region, lead a team of real estate professionals, and serve as the primary interface for senior business, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders. The role reports to the Country Head – Real Estate.
