In this role, you will turn complex operational data into clear insights, define business requirements, and help drive continuous improvement across compliance and verification workflows. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across operations and product to identify gaps, measure performance, and support automation and process improvement initiatives. Key job responsibilities 1. Data Analysis Technical Execution - Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets using SQL, Python, Hadoop/Hive, Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL databases - Perform diagnostic analysis, root cause analysis, variance analysis, and pattern identification - Apply data transformations and statistical techniques to generate actionable insights - Design and maintain automated reporting systems and dashboards - Validate data quality, flag upstream issues, and maintain data integrity - Build and implement KPIs with summarized visuals to track metrics globally 2.
