from Amazon careersMULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Employer: AMAZON.COM SERVICES LLC Offered Position: Sr Manager, Operations Job Location: Tracy, California Job Number: AMZ10175541 Position Responsibilities: Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area to meet and exceed business plan. Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of Inbound and/or Outbound operations. Identify, design, develop, implement and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to reduce potential risks. Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key controls. Manage and lead a team of Operations and Area Managers to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives. Coach and mentor the team to ensure performance objectives are met. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $135,000/year to $182,700/year. Amazon is a total compensation company.
