The Event Network provides network connectivity for attendees and services at Amazon's premier events such as re:Invent. In this role you will look for innovative and creative ways to automate our network deployment, deliver next-gen solutions, optimize operational tasks. We are seeking an experienced Network Development Engineer to join a highly skilled team that designs and automates networks for events and develops new solutions that improve the event networking experience for our customers. Amazon Event Networking owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of the network service at Amazon's premier events such as re:Invent. We support all aspects of the network service at events, working with AWS, venue infrastructure, wired and wireless, and data center infrastructure equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the network during an event. We work on the challenging problems in the event space, with multiple variables impacting one event to the next.
