Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager to lead the AMER Delivery Operations team within the Data Center Planning and Delivery organization. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program management across a portfolio of high-visibility initiatives that directly impact AWS's ability to deliver infrastructure capacity on time and at scale across the Americas region. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and operational leader who thrives in ambiguous environments, earns trust across senior stakeholders, and consistently raises the bar on process excellence, organizational accountability, and team development. Key job responsibilities CAR Program Management: Lead end-to-end Capital Approval Request (CAR) program management, including executive coordination and regional program ownership across Delivery, Energy/Water, and Real Estate workstreams. Lead supplemental and reallocation support activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution across program cycles. Continuously identify process efficiencies, reduce level of effort, and apply lessons learned to drive standardization and scalability across the CAR program. Core Business Operations Lead Director-level goal review meetings and coordinate cross-functionally with VP-level teams to ensure strategic alignment across the organization.
