Key job responsibilities
Drive the team to meet PDP (Product Development Process) requirements
Develop, maintain and manage task-based PD schedule
Provide risk management and schedule optimization analysis
Serve as the PD communication focal point with the Lab126 Core team, Overseas Partners and OEMs
Drive and track enclosure material readiness for Engineering builds
Manage BOM development and readiness
Support through coordination of resources across Process Engineering Team initiatives
This position will require some international travel
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience- 1+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 1+ year of experience in technical product and program management, including expertise in scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, risk management, and critical path analysis.
- Proven ability to manage programs across cross-functional teams, developing processes and coordinating release schedules to ensure timely project delivery
- 1+ year of experience in delivering consumer electronics products
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Mechanical Engineering background preferred. Must have the ability to effectively participate in design reviews and make technical decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Hands on experience with development using outside supplier teams
- 1+ years of experience delivering consumer electronics products
- This position will require some international travel

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
