The Alexa International team is looking for customer-focused, results oriented and creative Sr. Product Marketing Manager to define and execute the marketing strategy for Alexa in Brazil. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will define and execute strategies and programs to drive significant customer engagement and retention with Alexa service. Key job responsibilities • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention with Alexa features and service. • Launch dedicated feature awareness and engagement experiments (A/B-tests), customer journeys, and campaigns, and monitor performance to continuously optimize reach and conversion • Collaborate with multiple local and international product and tech partners to imagine, develop, and implement tools and initiatives for long-term adoption, engagement and continuous feature discovery • Use data and insights to develop a deep understanding of the drivers of customer acquisition, activation (engagement), habitual usage of Alexa (retention), recovery (reactivation) and translate those insights into think big initiatives • Develop segmentation strategy, leveraging internal tools to identify and target high propensity customer cohorts; identify and leverage new or emerging patterns in customer behavior to inform strategy and engage…
