The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape for data center, facilities, and critical infrastructure roles, and will excel at identifying and engaging passive talent in Tech domain. This is a contractual role Locations - Bangalore Shift Timing - 6:00 pm - 3:00 am IST Key job responsibilities 1. Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), with relevant Academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-related Field will be required. 2. Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/ Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards will be an added advantage. 3. Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.
