Role Overview The Audit Strategy Governance Manager will serve as the strategic architect for AIT's planning, governance, and executive reporting mechanisms. This role owns the development and execution of multi-year strategic planning (3YP), annual operating plans (OP1/OP2), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and director-level deep-dive analyses. The position drives organizational excellence through standardized mechanisms, automation, and innovation across the AIT organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Governance • Lead the development and execution of AIT's 3-Year Plan (3YP), OP1, and OP2 planning cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder commitments • Own the quarterly business review (QBR) process, delivering executive-ready narratives that connect operational metrics to strategic outcomes • Design and maintain standardized governance mechanisms across AIT programs, ensuring consistency in planning, reporting, and decision-making frameworks • Partner with leadership to define and refine kingpin goals, establishing clear measurement frameworks and success criteria Executive Reporting Analytics • Build and maintain executive-level reporting infrastructure that provides VP and Director-level visibility into key performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and program health • Prepare concise, high-judgment narratives and recommendations for senior leadership reviews, translating complex operational data into actionable insights • Conduct director-level deep-dive analyses on critical business questions, identifying root causes and recommending data-backed…
