from Amazon careersAmazon is seeking a highly motivated Lead WIM Investigator to join our world-class Amazon Security organization and manage workplace incidents involving persons exhibiting inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behavior. As a Lead WIM Investigator, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams comprised of cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Legal) and security partners (e.g., Site Security and Intelligence Analysts) to assess the concerning behavior, develop effective action plans, and implement the appropriate protective measures to resolve the concern while appropriately supporting persons involved. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM), Investigations, Incident Management, Security Operations, or Law Enforcement. You must also have a passion for helping people; be a self-starter and a creative problem-solver; possess strong analytical skills; demonstrate high judgment during high stress situations; demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; and have a high degree of integrity.
