Key job responsibilities We are looking for a passionate, result-oriented and innovative individual to lead the employee volunteering program for India. The role would encompass the Amazon India employee volunteering/donation strategy, design and implementation of creative opportunities for employees to meaningfully engage with their communities and analyzing insights and data to create better experiences. This could be through volunteering or suitable donation programs and campaigns to ensure rapid scaling of employee-led community engagement activities - at both national and local levels. You will work with NGOs and other third-party organizations to improve opportunities and experiences for employees to volunteer and donate. This will require new approaches and the creation of mechanisms which can scale the impact of employee-led philanthropy products and services.
