Sr Technical Program Manager, Sales Optimization and Planning

Amazon Devices is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Sales Planning Tools platform. This critical product enables Amazon's device product lines to generate accurate, data-driven sales plans that inform business decisions across the organization. As a Senior TPM on this team, you will own the end-to-end technical program management for our sales planning platform. You will work backwards from customer needs—partnering with device product line teams, finance, supply chain, data science, and engineering stakeholders—to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that improve planning accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enable better decision-making at scale. You will drive technical strategy, manage complex dependencies, define delivery roadmaps, and ensure operational excellence across multiple engineering teams. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong program management skills, and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across the organization.
