The Amazon Hub team is experiencing rapid growth in 2024 and seeks a passionate, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to scale our marketing communications, paid channel strategy, and brand campaigns. You will optimize existing paid marketing channels and identify new opportunities to reach our ambitious growth targets while developing brand campaigns that drive customer and partner engagement. You will partner with our creative team to produce high-quality advertising assets and oversee our brand asset library to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Your expertise will balance performance-driven paid marketing with brand-building initiatives, coordinating the delivery experience for customers and ensuring their orders are delivered where and when needed—quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies across existing and new channels to support our rapid growth objectives
Develop and execute brand campaigns that drive customer and partner acquisition while building long-term brand equity
Coordinate efforts across internal teams and external agency partners to enable innovative brand campaigns that achieve business goals
Partner with creative team to produce high-quality advertising assets including display ads, video content, and campaign materials
Oversee brand asset library and ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all marketing channels and materials
Optimize channel performance through continuous testing, measurement, and refinement to maximize ROI
Support the development and execution of regional and local integrated marketing campaigns that balance brand and performance objectives
Write creative briefs and white papers that leverage data-driven insights and drive creative development
Facilitate the localization and adaptation of global campaigns for paid channel deployment
Track key performance metrics for both paid channels and brand campaigns, analyzing results of launched initiatives
Implement operational improvements based on performance data to optimize available resources
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
