アマゾンジャパンの製品コンプライアンスチームは、製品安全・コンプライアンスマネージャーを募集しています。 製品安全・コンプライアンスマネージャーは、ガイドラインの策定と実施、Amazonで販売される製品が日本の法規制に準じた安全なものであることを担保する重要な役割を持っています。また、アマゾンオペレーションズ、ビジネスチーム、法務、カスタマーサービス、技術部門、そして国内の製品安全を推進する様々な社内部門と直接協力します。内部だけでなく、専門的な検査機関などの外部機関とも積極的に協力し、一部のリスクの高い製品の調査報告やテスト結果をチェックして、安全な事業拡大をサポートします。製品安全・コンプライアンスマネージャーは、アマゾンジャパンのすべての製品が日本国内の法律とポリシーを満たしていることを保証し、安全と遵法を確認できるプロセスを導入する必要があります。これらのプロセスを導入するためには、Amazonのポリシーと、Amazonが販売する製品に適用される法的環境を理解する必要があります。その結果、Amazonがすべての顧客に提供する製品があらゆる安全関連基準や規制に準じていることを確認し、購入者の安全を守ることを第一に努めます。 We are looking for a talented Product Safety and Compliance Manager to support our rapidly growing and evolving Retail and Operations businesses. The Product Safety and Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant product safety regulatory guidelines in Japan. As the Product Safety and Compliance Manager, you will collaborate with Amazon’s stakeholder teams including Fulfillment Center Operations, Selling Partner Business Legal, Customer Service, and Technology teams to enforce Product Safety policies in Japan. You will actively seek cooperation from not only internal functions but also external parties and assess risks of high-risk products and evaluate test results of the products. to support business expansion. The role must ensure all products in JP Marketplace meet Amazon's policies, ensuring safety and compliance is embedded in end-to-end processes with managing/building programs. The role is responsible for understanding Amazon policies and guidelines as well as the legal requirements that applies to the product Amazon offers for sale.
