Job description

We are looking for an experienced Assurance Professional with demonstrated expertise in the EU and UK licensed payment and electronic money services to join our second line of defense (2LoD) assurance team, based in Sao Paulo. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing 2LoD testing/audit-like assurance on our regulated entities across the EU and UK, ensuring our regulated products and services meet regulatory obligations. The successful candidate is an ambitious self-starter, with a proven capability to work independently and as part of a team, has strong analytical and organizational skills, and a sound knowledge of relevant Assurance or Audit practices. The candidate is ideally responsible for assessing risks, producing regulatory analysis and reports, and designing continuous testing solutions and will work closely with RCS Assurance stakeholders (Compliance Offices, Risk, Governance, Internal Audit and other Operational and Support teams) to provide Senior Management with adequate visibility on regulatory risk exposure and the status of internal controls. The candidate is also a quick learner with an ability to absorb the nuances of Amazon's varied offerings, their risks and internal systems, tools and practices.
