Role Overview
You will manage sales teams (with direct or indirect reporting relationships) supporting the largest 3P Life and Leisure Sellers, identifying growth opportunities through FBA selection expansion, productivity improvement, promotion acceleration, and L&L-specific PF initiatives. As part of the 3P Life and Leisure Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with account management, product management, and marketing teams in JP.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior leader who defines the ideal end state, leads teams toward goals while insisting on high standards, excels at data-driven decision making, embraces ambiguity with critical thinking, influences senior internal and external stakeholders, and delivers results through constant innovation and flawless execution.
Key job responsibilities
- Own topline delivery for L&L Strategic Sellers and drive key decisions to accelerate growth
- Build strong seller relationships, creating feedback mechanisms to identify growth opportunities
- Define and review team goals and targets, creating plans and tracking mechanisms to achieve them
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet business goals
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles in partnership with the L&L Leadership Team
- Hire and develop talent to build a high-performing account management team
