Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS), Growth Development team is seeking a Location Analyst to support strategic site selection and location planning across all Amazon physical retail concepts. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, real estate strategy, and customer experience, leveraging geospatial intelligence and demographic modeling to identify optimal locations that drive growth and deliver exceptional value to customers. As a Location Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market assessments, building sophisticated analytical models, and providing data-driven recommendations that inform multi-million dollar real estate investment decisions. You'll work with GIS technology, large-scale demographic datasets, and proprietary customer data to evaluate trade areas, forecast site performance, and identify expansion opportunities across diverse retail formats and geographies. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
