Your Mission
As the Manager of our Mid-Market Sales team, you will:
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 Account Representatives focused on mid-market eCommerce opportunities
• Create and execute individual development plans aligned with career progression frameworks
• Foster a high-performance culture that embodies Amazon's Leadership Principles
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Identify and develop future leaders within your team
Strategic Execution
• Own and drive team targets and key performance metrics in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Develop and implement territory strategies that optimize account coverage and maximize return potential
• Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales activities to identify opportunities and risks
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to remove blockers and enable team success
• Lead strategic initiatives including product launches, go-to-market strategies, and process improvements
Operational Excellence
• Establish and refine sales processes, playbooks, and best practices for mid-market engagement
• Leverage Salesforce and sales analytics to drive data-informed decision making
• Implement quality assurance frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions
• Manage escalations and support team members on strategic deals
• Drive adoption of new tools, methodologies, and sales techniques
