This includes the technology for employees to enroll in and manage their benefits, determine eligibility, synchronize with 3rd party providers, and all the employee support and back office operations to fulfill, audit, and report on the efficacy of those operations. BXT's north star vision is to launch a commercial Benefits-as-a-Service offering built around A-to-Z Benefits. Our team, Solutions Tools and Administration (STA), supports and enables this vision by owning the complete benefits administration technical lifecycle and enabling BXT's scalability to multi-tenancy. Our multi-functional team of Software Development Engineers, Support Engineers, and Quality Assurance Engineers is responsible for implementing and managing the flywheel connecting all parts of the benefits administration lifecycle: Requirements gathering → Setup and Configuration → Quality assurance → Production Support → Continuous improvement. We are building next-generation automation solutions for each component of the flywheel, including end-to-end testing automation frameworks, reconciliation tools, and management portals.
