チームパフォーマンスの管理・モニターを行い、不確実な状況下でも主体的に動けるチーム文化を醸成
SMEマネージャーとして、AIデータコレクション分野および関連プロダクトの深い専門知識を習得
Data Collection Excellence組織におけるグローバル改善施策を主導
グローバルチーム間の調整役として、ステークホルダーと連携し効果的かつ迅速なデリバリーを実現
コレクションの健全性指標を監視・最適化し、顧客の成功を支援
技術的価値と優れた顧客体験の提供を通じて、顧客のサービス活用を促進

困難なデータコレクション案件のエスカレーション窓口として、シニアレベルの顧客およびチームを直接サポート
プロダクト・テクノロジーチームと協働し、効果的な長期ソリューションを構築
顧客からのフィードバックを集約・分析し、改善施策へと展開
- 3+ years of project management, including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks experience
- Demonstrated experience in effectively defining optimal data creation strategies and executing them
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in ML data operations, with a strong understanding of data annotation/ML workflows and concepts
- Outstanding customer communication and management skills, especially in technical consultation
- Working knowledge of JSON, Command Line, and Python
- 2+ years of technical support experience, or experience in leadership or account management positions
- Background in customer success or solution consulting

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of people management experience- 3+ years of project management, including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks experience
- Demonstrated experience in effectively defining optimal data creation strategies and executing them
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in ML data operations, with a strong understanding of data annotation/ML workflows and concepts
