Eligibility Requirements: Candidates are ineligible to receive more than one Launch Bonus within a calendar year. Bonus payments are payable in accordance with the Company's standard payroll practice and subject to applicable withholding taxes. The Sr. Operations Manager oversees all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives at the site. This role involves managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring them to ensure performance objectives are met. The Sr. Operations Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining positive employee relations and developing leadership strength within the Fulfillment Center (FC). This position requires a strategic leader who can balance operational excellence with team development while driving results across all areas of the facility.
