Key job responsibilities As a Sr. RF DVT Engineer, you will be a part of silicon design team and be responsible for the characterization, optimization and validation of millimeter wave RF-Digital SoCs to be used in state-of-the art phased array systems. You will work with RFIC circuit designers and system integration engineers to perform RF bench testing, debugging, and characterizing for optimum RF Wireless SoC performance. You will be specifying procedures, assembling and calibrating microwave/RF test setups as well as automating data collection in an engineering lab environment. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. A day in the life • Develop and Execute RF DVT test scripts in Python for characterizing/optimizing RFICs. • Debug RFICs to optimize radio performance.…
