Amazon has exciting opportunities for leaders in Operations Management within our rapidly expanding Sub Same Day (SSD) network in Japan. Our dynamic environment offers candidates significant challenges in front-line management and driving scalable, continuous improvements across our fulfillment centers, supply chain, and last-mile delivery teams. As SSD Senior Site Operations Excellence Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of leaders with the objectives to pursue variation reduction, optimize standard work to reduce cost, and build mechanisms to drive compliance toward the standards. You will be responsible for the prioritization of efforts within a region and the network to reduce variation from the standards and ultimately improve process control and performance. This role requires the ability to insist on the highest standards for process execution, interpret data, and lead through influence to deliver meaningful results translating to tangible productivity and efficiency gains across the SSD network.
