We’re seeking a Logistics Data Analyst to help power the backbone of our global Data Center operations. You’ll work with a diverse, collaborative team to transform raw data into smarter decisions, faster operations and better outcomes for our business and the customers who rely on us every day.


Key job responsibilities
As a Logistics Data Analyst, you will turn complex logistics and operational data into actionable insights that drive measurable operational improvements. You will work closely with operations and process improvement teams to develop, maintain, and automate reporting that supports decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Your work will focus on developing dashboards and reports that track key logistics KPIs and organizational insights, while investigating performance variances through root cause analysis, identify trends, and recommend process changes that improve efficiency, reduce waste and optimize resources.
The ideal Logistics Specialist will dive deep into data to understand and proactively propose ideas to improve Logistics Metrics and Performance at the Data Center.
Alongside your analytical work, you will support day-to-day logistics, such as managing and maintaining accurate inventory and parts checkouts as needed for our internal customers. Your responsibilities will also include tasks such as arranging, scheduling and supporting shipments across sites and other locations, unpacking boxes and verifying contents. Lastly, you will be expected to maintain a clean environment, orderliness and safety in all workspaces.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks through root cause analysis, recommending process changes, and supporting the rollout of new workflows. Your blend of operational insight and analytical skills will directly improve efficiency, reduce waste and strengthen performance across the logistics function.
This position involves occasional trips across the cluster to support other sites and lifting materials up to 18kg (with support from teammates available).


A day in the life
Work within a diverse team with a 9:00-18:00 schedule on business days. Daily activities include:
- Analyzing logistics and operational data to develop actionable insights
- Developing, maintaining, and automating dashboards and reports that track KPIs
- Investigating performance variances through root cause analysis and recommending process changes
- Shipping and receiving parts, coordinating with vendors, processing orders, and lifting materials up to 18kg (support from team members available)

The role spans office and storage areas, and occasional travel across the cluster to support other sites, with some environments reaching 75db noise levels. On-call duties are required after hours.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience in writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Japanese - Conversational

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of logistics experience
- 1+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience
