from Amazon careersThe Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC) team under Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) organization is looking for a Sr. Risk Manager with a strong record and proven program management experience to lead the design and improvement of worldwide selling partner content, communication, and education. RISC team's mission is to protect customers from products that are unsafe, illegal, illegally marketed, controversial or otherwise in violation of Amazon's policies while enabling our Selling Partners (SPs) to offer their broadest selection of safe and compliant products. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive program management experience, analytical rigor, and a keen sense of innovative mindset to lead complex initiatives end to end. They collaborate effectively to develop and publish selling partner communication, establish and execute audit and improvement strategies, and work cross-functionally to enable GenAI solutions that enhance content development, publication processes and the global selling partner experience. They communicate cross-functionally and to leadership on status, risks, and process changes. This role requires a self-driven, autonomous, and proactive individual with effective professional and written English and Chinese communication skills.
