Amazon Leo productivity team is seeking a motivated and autonomous builder to focus on owning and operating our Jama Connect Requirement Management Platform and TestRail test management platform. This is a hands-on position where your daily activities will range from strategic planning to new system development to supporting the customers that depend on our services. Deliver consistent, well-defined results in an agile systems development workflow. To succeed in this role, you will deliver reliable, highly available, scalable, controlled working environments built on AWS. Key job responsibilities - Own and operate the TestRail service environment end-to-end, including AWS infrastructure provisioning (EC2, CloudFormation, Load Balancers), application upgrades, patching, and configuration across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployment models. - Define and own SLA/SLO metrics, build comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability systems, and lead incident response and root cause analysis (COE reviews) to minimize MTTD/MTTR and drive operational resilience. - Lead the automation strategy using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), developing reusable tooling and frameworks that reduce manual operational toil and set engineering standards for the team and partner teams. - Ensure compliance and…
