We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Supervisor to lead production operations at Leo. Anticipated working hours for this position are Wednesday - Saturday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM (4/10s). Key job responsibilities - Hire, develop and supervise leads and a large group of highly skilled technicians focused on Kuiper satellite production. Includes annual reviews, career development and managing corrective and disciplinary actions. - Coordinate with other Kuiper leaders and manufacturing engineers to plan and coordinate daily tasks for technicians and activities of all operations with an ability to adapt to changing schedules and other dynamic priorities. - Establish on-the-job training programs and standardized opportunities for team members to learn new skills and progress in their career. - Independently perform integration and test of the Kuiper satellite and various complex subassemblies in a cleanroom and ESD controlled environment.…
