eero is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Designer to drive our ecommerce experience and digital growth initiatives. In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact design solutions that enhance user engagement, extend the eero brand, generate leads and deliver measurable business results across our web properties. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven, user-centered designs that balance business objectives with customer needs. Key job responsibilities - Own end to end user journeys to solve complex product design problems and define strategy to deliver best-in-class solutions - Act as a force-multiplier. Help mature our design systems, rituals, and processes in a way that empowers the entire team to move faster and better. - Guide projects forward proactively and with a bias for action, even in the face of ambiguity or shifting priorities. Maintain confidence and clarity in fast-paced environments with frequent strategic pivots to deliver impactful results - Zoom in and out seamlessly.
