In this newly created role, you will be the primary investigator for Australian operations, focusing on solving highly sensitive and ambiguous employee relations issues that might have significant business, legal, and reputational implications. With Australia's growing operations footprint, including fulfillment centers, sortation centers, delivery stations, and corporate offices, this role will be crucial in supporting our Australian workforce.
