The Language Producer, English (LPEN), Global Localization is responsible for ensuring that localization of Amazon MGM Studios Local Originals (LO) content into English maintains the overall creative vision and quality of the original version when dubbed and subtitled, while navigating the complexities of this more nascent industry segment, such as talent pools and audience receptivity. Key job responsibilities As a strategic leader, the LPEN researches market trends/developments to support expansion and maturation of the Premium English Dubbing Program. Working with the Culver City team, they drive iterative workflow and process improvements to raise the creative bar and support scalable solutions for all in-territory content. The LPEN will be comfortable discussing English dubbing and subtitling both high level and granularly; maintaining metrics for talent/vendors and providing escalations for internal/external resources. As primary contact for internal LO creative talent/stakeholders, the LPEN will provide localization updates related to their titles. The LPEN monitors the performance of Creative Supervisors, responsible for creative quality and title-by-title localization of Amazon MGM Studios content.
