The AWS Center for Quantum Computing is a multi-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and technicians, all working to develop quantum computing technology capable of delivering value to customers. Our cryogenic hardware integration signals teams are innovating to develop next generation hardware - from the chip package to the room temperature control electronics. We are looking for a senior technical program manager to coordinate our internal/external R D efforts. You will work with the management and technical leads from our cryogenic hardware integration signals teams to plan, execute, and track a continuous stream of development activities. You will develop and maintain detailed multi-project schedules (from prototypes to production). You will identify resource constraints and conflicts, and provide leadership with the data to make informed and optimized decisions. This role will gather and assess the data (inputs and outputs) to push our teams to run efficiently. You will partner with other TPMs and work across team boundaries and project lines to identify and unblock resource conflicts.
