from Amazon careersPrime Video is seeking a business operations manager to oversee multiple interconnected projects to achieve the organization's broader strategic goals. The role will include managing cross-project dependencies, weekly tracking of core org task list, budget allocations, and stakeholder alignment to deliver long-term business value. The leader will be operating in a hub-and-spoke model with the core team holding the thread on functional expertise, tools and adoption and business ops managers will drive execution with the respective teams.
Key job responsibilities
1. Design and operate data systems to enable comprehensive business insights
2. Create and manage scalable business processes and information systems to support cross-org teams.
3. Develop and maintain the Prime Video operations database.
4. Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and knowledge bases to enable operational excellence at scale.
5. Drive alignment and consistency across global teams to ensure successful execution of IN initiatives.
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
