The Devices and Operations organization is embracing AI agents and tools to optimize manual workflows and increase the speed of decisions. These AI agents are discoverable and re-usable across the organization. This is fundamentally re-shaping how operations are managed today and a large part of the AI transofrmation of operations.

As a senior Product Manager – Technical, you will own the product strategy and execution for this AI transformation journey. You will lead the development of the scalable AI solution, focusing on governance and safety of AI agents. This is critical for successful deployment of AI agents to ensure they operate within the engineered guardrails.

In this role you will collaborate with business functions, Subject Matter Experts, Software Development Engineers, Data Engineers, Technical Project Managers across Devices and Operations teams. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, applications, best practices, and industry evolution.

Key job responsibilities
* Create the product vision, and strategy for internal and external customers.
* Engage with customers through a variety of channels and serve as the voice of the customer internally.
* Gain feedback from customers to ensure right focus in building our products
* Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
* Partner with engineering teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
* Establish goals and review metrics to identify opportunities and measure the success of the product features.
* Define and maintain a product roadmap with inputs from all stakeholders.
* Provide effective written and verbal updates on the products and key projects to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Manager team of engineers and data engineers.

A day in the life
Your typical day will involve attending the team stand-up, defining product vision, monitoring and measuring the success of launched products, presenting project progress, roadmaps and hotly debated topics to leadership, meeting business stakeholders and grabbing yourself some coffee.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in software development
- 7+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
