from Amazon careersWe are seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to support key executives in the AWSI Professional Services (ProServe) Delivery organization at Amazon.
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of one of the most transformative areas in technology. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner and trusted operator—someone who thrives in high-performance environments, demonstrates excellent judgment, and brings exceptional organization and communication skills to complex, fast-moving initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across global time zones, and prioritize scheduling needs with efficiency and discretion. Ensure the executive is well-prepared and focused on the highest-leverage activities.
Track action items, prepare agendas, manage follow-ups, and support execution of key priorities across the leadership team.
Serve as a key liaison between internal and external partner organizations.
Ensure clear and timely communication, alignment, and progress on shared goals.
Own logistics for executive travel, high-impact meetings including leadership offsites, exec reviews, customer briefings, townhalls and internal forums. Ensure experiences are well-run, productive, and professionally executed.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Anticipate needs, act with discretion, and demonstrate sound judgment on behalf of the executive.
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
