Key job responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements with primary care partners, payers, and suppliers
- Provide strategic counsel on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
- Support primary care operations and new initiatives
- Collaborate with privacy, information security, and compliance teams on regulatory and compliance requirements
