Based in Prague, as an HR Assistant (Sr Associate), you will play a critical role in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. The HR Assistant team supports Amazon's most technical divisions, including Digital Technologies, Web Services, and Infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to shift priorities at a moment's notice, and thrive in the challenges of helping build a world-class team of talented individuals.
