Amazon's World-Wide Fulfillment By Amazon (WW FBA) organization is looking for an innovative, results-oriented, and strategic Senior Finance Manager to serve as the finance leader for the Defect Prevention and Reconciliation (DP R) organization. This role sits within the WW FBA Product Tech Finance team and will partner directly with DP R's product, engineering, and program leadership to drive financial strategy across one of FBA's most critical cost and seller-experience functions. The ideal candidate will shine in ambiguous situations, navigating between the details and big picture, playing a primary role as owner of some of our organization's most visible mechanisms and artifacts (e.g., weekly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, annual operating plans, 3-year vision plans). They will partner with DP R Product, Tech, and Operations leadership to develop and drive operational processes (Business Reviews, Finance and Operations, Goal Management), people-driven programs, and technical programs (ability to understand complex technology-driven initiatives and programs). They are able to influence successfully at all levels, think strategically, are a talented Finance Manager, strong organizer, take initiative, and operate effectively across many teams.
