• Translate local customer insights into global action. Mine deep local data to surface what international grocery customers actually need and turn those insights into inputs that shape WW CX priorities, not just local fixes. • Ensure every proven grocery CX feature reaches international customers at the right quality and speed, and that international needs shape the global roadmap, not just follow it. • International grocery customers get the same (or better) experience as any other market, and the organization can't ship a major CX feature without international built in from day one.
