The Amazon US Health Wellness team (H W) is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Senior Category Merchant Manager (CMM) to help shape the future of our 3rd party marketplace. The CMM role offers a unique opportunity to own a sizable portion of a fast-growing category P L while also driving large scale, high visibility strategic projects across a variety of internal teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, the ability to articulate a strategic vision and to influence senior leaders across the organization. The CMM will have the opportunity to engage with multiple internal teams to optimize category performance by influencing incentive frameworks for 3P sellers on Amazon. They will utilize strong communication skills to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners, such as the Trustworthy Shopping Experience team, Supply chain, Operations, Pricing Selection to drive performance for our Selling partners. This position provides the candidate an opportunity to execute analytical deeps dives that help inform category growth strategies and initiatives.
