Amazon Last Mile India (LM) Operations Last Mile relies on a large and diverse network of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Extended DSPs, Hub stores, Quick Commerce stores, and Flex Delivery Partners who work relentlessly to meet our customers’ expectations across a complex and rapidly evolving environment. TRC is looking for an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join us as the Head of TRC Field Operations for LM IN. In this role, they will own, develop, manage, and execute IN LM audit and monitoring (A M) strategy and roadmap end-to-end, including enforcement governance, regulatory change readiness, driving scalable risk detection across these existing and emerging delivery channels, and tracking and enhancing partner experience. Our audits ensure LM carrier partners’ compliance against both contractual and legal requirements and drive a culture of compliance both internally and externally.
