from Amazon careersThe HR Specialist for AWS PXT Business Operations and Internal Engagement serves as the operational engine of the AWS PXT people agenda — owning the mechanisms, cadences, and communications that keep a global HR organization aligned, accountable, and connected. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, AI-enabled process design, and employee engagement, and is responsible for translating strategic priorities into repeatable, measurable execution. The position has evolved along with technology. What began as a cadence management and engagement role now encompasses AI-native automation of business review mechanisms, full ownership of the AWS PXT goals program, and leadership of the internal engagement and communications strategy for the AWS PXT organization.
