The HR Specialist for AWS PXT Business Operations and Internal Engagement serves as the operational engine of the AWS PXT people agenda — owning the mechanisms, cadences, and communications that keep a global HR organization aligned, accountable, and connected. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, AI-enabled process design, and employee engagement, and is responsible for translating strategic priorities into repeatable, measurable execution. The position has evolved along with technology. What began as a cadence management and engagement role now encompasses AI-native automation of business review mechanisms, full ownership of the AWS PXT goals program, and leadership of the internal engagement and communications strategy for the AWS PXT organization. The right candidate will bring operational rigor, innovation, speed, and a builder's mindset — someone who doesn't just run processes but continuously improves them through technology, data, and design thinking.
