You will serve as one of the subject matter experts (SME) and key contributor on system capabilities, owning the full implementation lifecycle — from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, training, and post-launch optimization. This role demands hands-on system configuration, cross-functional coordination, and direct user enablement to deliver measurable value to internal AWS teams and external vendor partners worldwide.
