Overall, the Leo Inventory Fulfillment Technology (LIFT) team is responsible for the supply chain technology for Customer Terminals (CT) and Accessories in partnership with Leo, Retail, and Devices teams. Leo’s supply chain has unique complexities including unique integrations, distribution channels, and new field partners. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the end-to-end program management layer for LIFT at the business and operational level. This leader will orchestrate across Forward, Reverse, Inventory, and partner domains to ensure alignment, visibility, and readiness across the entire LIFT ecosystem. A successful candidate will be a strong communicator and operator who can maintain a consolidated view of complex, cross-functional programs while driving accountability and governance. They will establish and enforce launch readiness frameworks, lead executive reporting, and own the single, consistent LIFT narrative for senior leadership.
