from Amazon careersAmazon Heavy Bulky Logistics (AMXL) is seeking an experienced supply chain manager to identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that lead to improvements in our last mile delivery network. This position will lead the development and execution of new worldwide transportation initiatives designed to improve overall efficiency and meet the ever-growing demand for last mile capacity. Key job responsibilities - Retrieve, analyze, and manage large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other data systems to support planning and scenario analysis. - Execute scenario analysis across short-term, mid-term, and HVE horizons using standardized modeling frameworks. - Run and maintain backlog, ship plan, and speed models, ensuring consistent logic and assumptions across horizons. - Partner with execution teams to assess plan vs. actuals, identify risks, and recommend modeling improvements. - Document modeling logic, assumptions, and outputs to ensure clarity, reproducibility, and continuity.
