Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is central to keeping Amazon’s operations efficient, reliable, and continuously improving. As Amazon evolves, the RME team ensures our equipment, systems, and technologies evolve with it. As a Senior RME Technician, you will play a key role in leading a team to maintain and advance site performance. You’ll work with the latest technologies to troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade equipment, helping to reduce downtime and improve reliability. By closely monitoring processes and performance, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions that raise operational standards. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with a proactive mindset—driving continuous improvement, supporting new technology adoption, and ensuring our systems operate at their best.
