We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer who thrives at the forefront of technology, science, and security to join Artificial Intelligence Security (AISec), working with teams across Amazon to accelerate delivery of spectacular, safe, secure, models, agents, and applications. You dive deep into of details of business, operations, and engineering. You are a deeply-technical, detail-oriented leader who can build and grow organizations and other leaders. Our team culture encourages innovation and we expect builders and managers deeply own vision, strategy, and execution. You will have the opportunity to engage with technologies that are actively being developed. In addition to engineering teams, you will work directly with infrastructure and partner service teams. You are proactive in removing roadblocks, pave the way for innovation, and can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be a positive influencer across diverse teams, be able to effectively rally support for your initiatives, and be able to help deeply technical teams create simple solutions to meet your program goals.
